Northern Railway CPRO Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay said that it has been decided to give a halt to Vande Bharat Express running between Ayodhya Cantt and Anand Vihar Terminal at Aligarh Junction from August 16 on an experimental basis.

Upadhyay said, “Train number 22426 Anand Vihar Terminal-Ayodhya Cantt Vande Bharat Express will stop at Aligarh Junction at 7:30 am, while 22425 Ayodhya Cantt-Anand Vihar Terminal Vande Bharat Express will stop at Aligarh Junction for two minutes at 9:33 pm.”
What is the current train schedule
Let us tell you that train number 22426 Delhi-Ayodhya Vande Bharat Express leaves Anand Vihar Terminal at 6.10 in the morning and reaches Ayodhya Cantt at 2.30 in the afternoon. On the return journey, train number 22425 leaves Ayodhya Cantt at 3.20 in the afternoon and reaches Anand Vihar Terminal at 23.40 in the night. On the way, this train also stops at Kanpur Central and Lucknow.
After the addition of these new stoppages, the Vande Bharat Express train will now stop at Aligarh as well.
