Vi has stated in its press release that the Rs 49 plan will be made available to 60 million low-income customers, which will provide benefits of Rs 294 crore to these low-income groups. As we mentioned, the telecom company has also introduced a new combo voucher RC79 for its low-income customers, which offers double talk time for freeing the Rs 49 recharge plan. The Rs 79 recharge in this combo voucher includes talk time of Rs 64, 200MB data and validity of 28 days. At the same time, now this plan will come with talk time of 128 rupees, although the remaining benefits will remain the same as before. The Vi app and website are providing 200MB extra data via recharge.
