The cause of this major accident in Malad is said to be the collapse of the slab of the SRA under-construction building. In the case of the death of 3 workers, Dindoshi police has registered a case against 5 people under section 106 (1) and 125 (A) 125 (B) of BNS.

Case filed against supervisor and contractor

The five people against whom the case has been filed include the site supervisor, contractor, contractor and others. However, the police have not arrested anyone in this case yet.

People’s anger against the builder and the government
