Actually, in the video which is going viral on social media, you can see that a woman wearing a burqa is trying to take a selfie with Salman Khan in a crowd. With great difficulty she is taking selfies that Baba Siddiqui tries to pull Salman towards her. They try to get Salman ahead of the crowd, but Salman stops and proceeds only after getting photographed with the woman.
