What does the law say?
In UAE, it is to be taken care that no one employs a worker without a valid permit. That is, to reduce the worker, it is necessary to have a work permit. This information has been given in the Employment and Immigration Law.
The ministry has informed that no employee will be recruited without a work permit. It should also be noted that the permit has to be taken by the ministry.
It has also been said that if an employer hires an employee without a child permit or less, he can be punished. As a punishment, along with a heavy fine on him, he can also be sentenced to be expelled from the country if he is a migrant. The accused can be fined from Dh50,000 to Dh200,000.
That is, to work in the United Arab Emirates, the worker must have a work permit issued by the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE). This work permit can be part-time work permit, temporary work permit, and freelance work permit. That is, you cannot work in UAE on visit visa.
