3. You can easily correct a mistake in your voter ID card at the National Voters Service Portal https://www.nvsp.in/. Learn how to correct details like name, date of birth, age and address on your voter ID card.
4. Open the website https://www.nvsp.in/ before correcting the error in the voter ID card. Click on Login / Register on the left side of the home page. If you are a new user, click on Register as New user.
5. Enter your mobile number and enter the captcha code. Clicking on Send OTP brings the OTP to your mobile number. After entering and verifying the OTP, enter your Voter ID card number. Create a password.
6. Your account will be created. You need to login after creating the account. Click on Correction in Personal Details after logging in. Select your state, district, assembly constituency.
7. Details like your name, date of birth, address, photo can be updated. You will need to upload the required documents to update your details. The reference ID comes after the last submission. You can find out the status of your application by reference id. (Symbolic image)
8. Open the website https://www.nvsp.in/ to check the status of your application. Click on Track Application Status on the right side of the home page.
Enter your reference id near the Enter reference id. Clicking on Track Status will reveal your application status.
