Event manager Pramod Sharma, resident of Shivpuri of Katghar police station area of Moradabad had filed a case against actress Sonakshi Sinha, Abhishek Sinha, Malvika Punjabi, Ghumil Thakkar, Edgar Sakia on 22 February 2019 at Katghar police station.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court in Moradabad has issued warrants against actress Sonakshi Sinha and her advisor Abhishek Sinha in a case of cheating and treason. Now the date of next hearing in the case has been given on April 25.

According to the information, Pramod Sharma, a resident of Shivpuri of Katghar police station area of Moradabad, filed a case against actress Sonakshi Sinha, Abhishek Sinha, Malvika Punjabi, Ghumil Thakkar, Edgar Sakia on 22 February 2019 at Katghar police station. In which it was alleged that the plaintiff had contracted to invite Sonakshi Sinha to an event held in Delhi.
Sonakshi did not reach after taking Rs 29.90 lakh
It is alleged that Sonakshi Sinha had taken 29 lakh 90 thousand rupees and her advisor seven lakh fifty thousand rupees to come to the program. Even after taking the money, actress Sonakshi Sinha did not reach the program. Pramod several times asked Abhishek Sinha, the personal advisor of the actress, the reason for not coming to the program and asked for his money back, but the accused did not think it proper to talk. The said case was going on in the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court in Moradabad, which was sent for hearing in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV Smita Goswami.
The court had summoned actress Sonakshi Sinha as well as other accused by issuing notices to them, but even after summoning the accused did not appear in the court. On Saturday, Pramod Sharma along with his advocate PK Goswami arrived in the court to plead the case. Who told that while perusing the letter, the court has issued warrants for the accused Sonakshi Sinha and his advisor Abhishek Singha. The remaining accused in the trial had obtained a stay order from the High Court. Now April 25 has been fixed for hearing of this case.
