Rain in Jabalpur division due to western disturbance

According to MP Meteorological Department, due to the effect of western disturbance, there is expected to be drizzle in the districts of Jabalpur division on 28-29 January. There may be drizzle in Balaghat, Mandla, Dindori and Seoni on Sunday and Monday, it may be cloudy in Gwalior, Bhopal, Indore or Ujjain, but there is no possibility of rain. But in the last days of January, there may be rain at some places in Bhopal division. Might be possible. After the Western Disturbance moves from North India in February, the wind direction will start turning north again and the effect of cold due to cold winds is expected to intensify again.

Strong effect of fog and cold in these districts today

According to Madhya Pradesh Meteorological Department, today on Sunday will be cold day in Mauganj, Chhatarpur, Niwari, Gwalior, Datia, Bhind and Morena and Chhatarpur, Niwari, Datia, Gwalior, Bhind, Morena, Tikamgarh, Rewa, Mauganj, Satna, Panna, Ashoknagar. There is a possibility of moderate to dense fog in Shivpuri and Sheopur. In the coming days, day and night temperatures will also increase by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius, which will provide relief from the cold.

The minimum temperature in Jabalpur is likely to be 12 and the maximum temperature is likely to be 24. The day will be cloudy and there are chances of drizzle. The minimum temperature in Gwalior is likely to be 11 and the maximum temperature will be 19. Along with this, the day may remain cloudy. The minimum temperature in Ujjain today is expected to be 11 degrees and the maximum temperature is expected to be 27 degrees.

Multiple systems currently active simultaneously

Due to this, moisture and clouds are coming from the Arabian Sea along with the winds. It is becoming cloudy and there are chances of rain in Jabalpur division. After the advance of the Western Disturbance, the night temperature in the state may once again fall due to the northerly direction of the winds from January 30.

On Saturday, the lowest temperature in the state was 4.9 degree Celsius recorded in Bijawar in Chhatarpur district. The minimum temperature was 5 degree Celsius in Aavari and Datia of Ashoknagar, 5.5 in Girwar of Shajapur, 5.8 in Khajuraho of Chhatarpur, 5 in Pachmarhi, 5 in Datia, The minimum temperature recorded was 7.5 degree Celsius in Rajgarh and 5.9 degree Celsius in Gwalior. Minimum 10.4, maximum 25.8 in Bhopal, minimum 5.2, maximum 25.3 in Gwalior, minimum 11.4 in Indore, 26.8 in Indore, minimum 9.6, maximum 25.1 in Jabalpur. The temperature has been recorded.
