Delhi Weather Update: Many areas of the national capital Delhi received heavy rain on Monday night. Hail was also reported from some areas. The Meteorological Department says that the weather will remain bad in Delhi for the next three days. IMD has predicted cloudy sky and drizzle in the areas of Delhi NCR for three days. Meteorologists have also issued a warning of fog in the national capital and surrounding areas in the morning. According to the Meteorological Department, seven mm of rain was recorded in Delhi till 8.30 am on Tuesday.
In the weather bulletin issued by the Meteorological Department, it has been said that at present many systems are active in different parts of the country. Due to these systems, there are chances of rain and snowfall or hailstorm in different parts. A cyclonic circulation is situated over southeast Rajasthan and adjoining western Madhya Pradesh. Not only this, a fresh western disturbance will hit the western Himalayan region from the night of 29th November. Due to this, the weather will be bad in the hilly areas of Jammu-Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.
Not only this, the effect of this western disturbance will also be seen in the plains of northwest India. At present, due to the current western disturbance, movement of clouds is being seen over Delhi-NCR, Haryana and UP areas adjacent to Delhi NCR. The weather will remain bad in Delhi-NCR areas for the next three days. The Meteorological Department has predicted cloudy sky in Delhi till December 30 and sporadic rain in various areas. IMD has issued a warning of light to moderate rain.
Meteorologists say that a new problem can be seen after the rain. There will be clouds in the sky in Delhi NCR till 1st December. It will start decreasing from December 1st. The sky will remain clear on December 2 but a new problem will start emerging. An outbreak of fog and mist can be seen in Delhi NCR from December 2 in the morning. However, much will depend on the immediate weather conditions. According to the latest update of the Meteorological Department, the outbreak of fog can be seen till December 4.
