Rainfall Alert: The feeling of cold has completely reduced in North India for the last two-three days. There is snowfall in the hilly areas of the country. Apart from this, it is believed that its effect can be seen in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan. According to IMD, there may be rain in these states on March 13.
Weather Update: More than 10 days have passed since the month of March and the feeling of cold has reduced across the country. On Monday (March 11), the minimum temperature in the country’s capital Delhi was recorded at 13 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius, which is 1 degree more than normal. This is the first time in this season that the temperature has reached above 30 degrees. Even though the cold season is over in North India, snowfall and rains are still continuing in the hilly areas. The initial glimpse of summer was visible in the plain states. People’s sweaters have been put back on the shelves, while people have already started eating ice cream.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), there is a possibility of light rain in Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan including the capital Delhi on Wednesday (13 March). Due to which once again a drop in temperature will be recorded.
How is the weather condition in Rajasthan?
The cold season is in its last phase in Rajasthan. Due to strong sunlight in the morning and during the day, continuous changes in temperature are being seen. It is believed that there may be rain in Rajasthan in the next two days. The countdown to winter has started in Rajasthan. An increase in the minimum temperature is being seen even during night time, whereas during the day, due to bright sunshine, heat is being felt.
Temperature remained above 3-4 degrees in these states
In the last 24 hours, the temperature of the entire country from Sikkim to Andhra Pradesh was recorded 3-4 degrees higher. At the same time, in some parts of Tamil Nadu, Jammu Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, the maximum temperature remained above 5 degrees.

According to the Meteorological Department, an increase in minimum temperature has been recorded in the capital Delhi. It is believed that it will remain cloudy for the next few days. Apart from this, snowfall continues in Himachal-Uttarakhand.
