A new western disturbance will affect the western Himalayan region from February 17. Due to this, there will be sporadic to light rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and Uttarakhand. There is also a possibility of rain in Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and western Uttar Pradesh between February 18 and 20.

Rajasthan is also going to receive rain

The maximum temperature was recorded at 33.5 degrees Celsius in Barmer, which is 4.6 degrees Celsius above normal temperature. According to the Jaipur Meteorological Center, the weather is likely to remain mainly dry for the next three-four days and the temperature is likely to increase by two to three degrees. The spokesperson of the weather centre said that due to the effect of weak western disturbance, the weather is expected to remain cloudy from 17 to 20 February. There is also a possibility of light rain at some places. On Friday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 6.3 degrees in Fatehpur and 6.5 degrees in Sangaria. Sikar recorded 6.7 degrees, Karauli 6.8 degrees, Dausa 7.5 degrees, Lunkaransar 8.1 degrees and Mount Abu 8.4 degrees Celsius.
