IMD has issued an alert regarding the weather of many states. According to this alert, along with rain, dense fog is also going to continue in many states.
The Meteorological Department has released weather updates of many states on Tuesday. According to IMD, there is a possibility of rain in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya on Wednesday i.e. 13 December 2023. Along with this, dense fog may occur in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura on 13 and 14 December. Apart from these states, chances of fog are also visible in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. IMD has not issued an alert for any state on December 15. But on December 16, there may be heavy rain in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the south.
How was the weather in Delhi?
The coldest morning of this season was recorded in the country’s capital Delhi last Monday. On Monday, the minimum temperature of Delhi was recorded at less than 7 degrees Celsius. The next day i.e. Tuesday also the minimum temperature of the city remained less than 7 degrees Celsius, which was two degrees less than normal.

AQI is rated between zero and 50 as ‘good’, 51 and 100 as ‘satisfactory’, 101 and 200 as ‘moderate’, 201 and 300 as ‘poor’, 301 and 400 as ‘very poor’, 401 and Between 450 is considered ‘severe’ and above 450 is considered ‘very serious’.
