Rainfall Update: Rain, snowfall and thunderstorms are going to start in many states of North-West India from today (February 19). Today i.e. on 19th February, hailstorm activities may occur at different places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Rain, hail and strong winds in the plains
Light to moderate rain is possible in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Western Uttar Pradesh between February 19 and 21, and in Eastern Uttar Pradesh and North Madhya Pradesh between February 20 and 22. Apart from this, there is a possibility of sporadic hailstorm activities along with thunder, lightning and strong winds. These days, light to moderate rain is possible at some places in Rajasthan. There is also a possibility of sporadic rain in North Madhya Pradesh between 19 and 22 February. At the same time, there is a possibility of rain or strong winds or dust storm in Patna on 21st and 22nd February.

Light to moderate rain and snowfall is possible in Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh between 21 and 24 February. Light to moderate rain is possible in Assam and Meghalaya during this period.
