Weather Update: Temperature in these states will cross 45 degrees in next 3 days, Meteorological Department alerts

The Meteorological Department has said in its forecast on Thursday that the temperature will increase by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the next 3 days. It is clear that in a few days the temperature will be close to 45 degrees Celsius.

Weather Update: It is extremely hot these days in entire North India including Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. 15 days of May have passed and now the heat is in its fiercest form. Heat wave has also started in most areas. Especially in areas like Eastern UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, the heat is very high. In many areas the temperature has started reaching close to 45 degrees Celsius. On Thursday, the temperature in most of the states including Haryana, Rajasthan, UP, Delhi is near or beyond 40 degrees Celsius. But there is no hope of relief right now.

The Meteorological Department has said in its forecast on Thursday that the temperature will increase by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the next 3 days. This means that in a few days the temperature will be close to 45 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department says that in areas of Maharashtra like Vidarbha, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, UP, Bihar, the temperature will be between 42 to 44 degrees Celsius. Apart from this, the temperature in Gujarat will also increase by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius. Not only this, there is no change in this anytime soon. It is clear that there may be sporadic rain during the month of May, but there will not be much drop in the temperature and we will have to face heat wave and heat wave for the next few days.

It is estimated that the temperature will increase by 2 to 3 degrees in Northwest India and Gujarat in the next three days. Apart from this, the temperature in states like Central India, Eastern India i.e. Odisha, Jharkhand and Bengal may increase by 4 degrees. The situation in Maharashtra will also be more or less similar. The Meteorological Department says that heat wave will prevail in these areas for the next 5 days and the heat will persist.

Let us tell you that the Meteorological Department has predicted that the monsoon can reach the coast of Kerala by May 31. Usually, monsoon reaches Kerala on this day. However, even before that, in the next few days, there will be light rain along with strong winds in the states of North-East India including Assam. In West Bengal too, incidents of storm and lightning may occur in the next 7 days. This will provide minor relief from the heat.
