Before getting this card made in the mind of the farmers, there are many questions, one of which is, what are the documents required to make it? Like all government schemes, many types of documents are required in this too.
Kisan Credit Card is issued to a farmer only on the basis of these documents. These include the duly filled application form, proof of identity such as voter ID card, PAN card, passport, Aadhaar and driving license etc. Apart from these, the affidavit of not being a borrower in any other bank along with an applicant i.e. passport size photograph of the applicant is included.
While applying for the card, it is also mandatory to give information about the old agricultural loan. If you do not do so or suppress the information, the card will not be issued.
