What is Unique Health ID?
Let us know what is Unique Health ID (Digital Health ID). Unit Health ID will be a 14 digit randomly generated number. With the help of this, a record of the health of a common man can be kept. Also, there will be a mobile application for this, with the help of which the information entered in it can be seen. The Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) and the Healthcare Facilities Registry (HFR) will act as a fund (repository) in which all the data will be collected, which will be shared with the healthcare providers. This will make the work of doctors/hospitals a little easier.

A public hospital, community health centre, health and wellness center or a healthcare provider that is affiliated with the National Health Infrastructure Registry can generate a health ID of an individual.
