After this update, now users have been given a migration tool to import chat from WhatsApp and other apps. This migration tool is described in the Telegram 7.4 update. However, this update has been released for limited users only.

Swipe the chat you want to migrate from right to left on WhatsApp. After that, go to the peacock option. Where you click on the option of export chat. After which a pop-up will come.
