Mute option will be given in its video editing screen with text edit, emoji features. This will come in the form of a volume icon, which users will have to mute to tap the video. This information has been obtained from a report by WABetaInfo tracking WhatsApp. However, it is not clear when this feature will be made available to the rest of the users in the stable version.

You will get information on being mentioned in group chat

In the latest beta version 2.21.3.13 of WhatsApp, another new feature has also been shown, which is a symbol that will make it easier for the users to find out when they are mentioned in the group chat. According to a report by WABetaInfo, the new feature will be with the PIN message option.
