The lawyer said that the woman wears branded clothes. The judge was also shocked to hear the huge amount. She made a strict comment and said that a single woman cannot spend so much. The judge said that if she is fond of branded clothes then she should earn it herself. The video that went viral on social media is being told of Karnataka High Court. In this video, when the woman’s lawyer talked about maintenance of Rs 6 lakh every month, the judge gets angry. The woman judge said that which woman spends Rs 6 lakh 16 thousand every month? Are you not taking wrong advantage of these rules? The lawyer appearing on behalf of the husband opposed this and said that this is harassment.

This video is going viral on social media. The wife’s lawyer demanded maintenance and said that she should be given Rs 6,16,000 per month as alimony from her husband. The lawyer said that the woman has knee pain and some other diseases. Physiotherapy expenses for this are Rs 4-5 lakh per month. The lawyer said that she needs Rs 15,000 per month for shoes and clothes. Not only this, Rs 60,000 is spent every month for eating inside the house. Apart from this, a few thousand more rupees are spent on eating outside the house. In such a situation, she should be given Rs 6,16,300 per month as maintenance from her ex-husband.

After seeing the demand and documents put forward by the lawyer, the woman judge said, don’t you think she wants to take too much advantage of the rule, then the woman’s lawyer said that his client, that is, the divorced woman, uses all branded clothes and expensive restaurants. On this, the judge said that if she does everything so branded then she should earn on her own. The judge said who spends so much. The judge commented that she does not have any other responsibility. Doesn’t she have children? The judge said that the woman’s demand is not correct. The woman judge finally said that the judge also told the woman’s lawyer to bring a reasonable amount otherwise her petition will be rejected.
