Unemployment Insurance Scheme: Unemployment insurance scheme has been made mandatory for everyone in UAE, in which registration will have to be done before October 1. Except for a few selected workers, it is necessary for all the employees to invest in this scheme. It has been told that if an employee does not invest in its scheme on time, he is fined.
Heavy fine will be imposed
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has informed that if any employee does not invest in this, he will be imposed a heavy fine. A fine of Dh400 will be imposed as fine.
Many people have enrolled so far
So far, about 5 million people have enrolled in this scheme. There is a scheme run by the United Arab Government with the help of which employees will be helped even after they lose their jobs. It will be the responsibility of the employee to invest in this scheme. This rule will also apply to private and federal employees.
