Corona vaccine: Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the corona vaccine will work as a lifeline against the disease.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday launched the world’s largest vaccination campaign against Kovid-19. On this occasion, the Prime Minister conveyed the greetings to the countrymen, along with the message of ‘Dawai with kadai’. With the commencement of the vaccination program, a cleaning worker was given the Corona vaccine in Delhi for the first time. Subsequently, VK Paul, the head of the Corona Vaccine Task Force and member of the NITI Aayog and Director of AIIMS Randeep Guleria were shot.
On this occasion, Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the corona vaccine will work as a lifeline against this disease. Dr. Harshvardhan said that the fight against Corona had reached a decisive phase. He said that we were fighting under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi for the last one year. This vaccine will act as a lifeline. He also showed a vial of Kovaxin made by Bharat Biotech to the media.

Talking about India’s expertise in dealing with epidemics, Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that we have already eradicated problems like polio and smallpox. India has considerable experience in dealing with such cases. This is probably the world’s largest vaccination campaign.
On the occasion of the commencement of the vaccination campaign, where PM Modi greeted the countrymen, immediately after this, ‘Congratulation India’ started trending rapidly on Twitter. People across the country posted congratulatory messages on Twitter. Bhutan PM Lotte Tshering said, “We would like to congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the people of India for launching the Coronavirus vaccine. We hope that this has come as the end of all the problems during the vaccine epidemic. ”
One user on Twitter said, “All those who defied the negativity and misinformation about the Indian Corona vaccine.” Another user, Ummil Haathi, called the vaccine a dose of happiness. He wrote in the tweet, “Congratulations to India for starting the world’s largest vaccination program. May all live happily. Let us know that 3006 vaccination centers of all the states and union territories of India join in the program organized through video conference with PM Modi. It may be noted that for the first phase, a total of 3006 vaccination centers have been set up in all states and union territories. On the first day, more than three lakh health workers will be given dose of Kovid-19 vaccine.
According to the government, first one crore health workers, about two crore personnel working on the advance front and then those above 50 years of age will be given vaccine supplements. At a later stage, people under the age of 50 will be seriously ill vaccinated. The government will bear the cost of vaccination on health workers and personnel posted on the front.
